Exchange Policy

At MUTABB, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our Exchange Policy is designed to ensure a fair and smooth experience for all customers purchasing Laboob-e-Khas.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange is only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was leaking or broken at the time of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchange Request Timeframe

All exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. Proof Requirement

To process an exchange request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Proof showing the issue (damage, leakage, or wrong item)

Without proper proof, the exchange request may be declined.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction

  • Product already opened or used

  • Delay in contacting after 24 hours of delivery

5. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process

  • A replacement product will be dispatched after verification

  • Delivery time for exchanged items may vary

6. Shipping Costs for Exchange

If the exchange is approved due to an error on our side (damaged or wrong product), shipping costs will be covered by MUTABB.
