4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience. Please ensure availability of the exact amount at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery Partners
MUTABB works with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, delivery timelines are subject to their service policies.
6. Incorrect Address or Unavailable Customer
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. MUTABB is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information or if the customer is unavailable at the delivery address.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or video). Our support team will assist you accordingly.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
